Story Maps
Explore a series of Story Maps that illustrate existing and proposed biking conditions in Albuquerque, and other key products from the 2024 Bikeway and Trail Facilities Plan.
The Existing Conditions Story Map shows the streets and paved multi-use trail corridors that appeal to a broad range of people interested in bicycling, as well as the streets where only the most confident bicyclists are willing to ride. The data presented in the Story Map lay the groundwork for the recommendations in the 2024 Plan by highlighting gaps in the existing network and opportunities for improvements.
The 2024 Plan proposes a robust network of on-street bikeways and paved multi-use trails across the City of Albuquerque. The Proposed Network Story Map provides an overview of the proposed bikeways and trails network, locations for enhanced crossings, and the results of project prioritization.
Biking in Albuquerque Today Story Map
